Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or refund most items if they are returned unused, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact, within 14 days of receiving them.

To return your items, you can use second-class recorded delivery through a Post Office for parcels that weigh under 1kg. Remember to keep your proof of posting and ensure the items are insured for their value. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs.

When packaging your return, make sure to label it correctly and include your completed returns form.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they reach our office, so it’s important to have proof of posting and insurance.

Postage and packing costs are non-refundable unless mandated by law. Please be aware that we are not liable for items that don’t arrive, so it’s a good idea to request a free Certificate of Postage from the Post Office.

Special Postage Offers

Occasionally, we offer special free postal deals. These are available only in England, Wales, and select parts of Scotland for postage charged at £5.99. A fee of £15.00 applies for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Scilly.

Exchanges

If you’re looking to swap items for something else or a different size, we’re here to assist you! Just a heads up, there will be a postal fee of £7.99/£4.50 for the exchange.

Feel free to visit any of our stores to make exchanges, but please note that refunds must be handled through our main offices.

Delivery Deadlines

The time it takes for delivery can vary based on your address and the availability of stock at the time of shipping. If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll get in touch with you. Be sure to provide us with accurate contact numbers, including area codes, and email addresses.

Trend and Bend cannot be held responsible for refunds related to late deliveries in the following situations:

  1. 1. Shipments sent to a PO Box address unless otherwise specified on www.memsaabonline.com;
  2. 2. Shipments dispatched to a PO Box or local post office where the postal service has a collection process;
  3. 3. Delays caused by actions from the customer or other regulatory entities;
  4. 4. Delays stemming from courier policies regarding duties and taxes.

Trend and Bend will also not offer compensation or refunds for delays if:

  1. 1. The shipment is delayed for customs clearance or if duties are due;
  2. 2. The recipient needs to collect the shipment in person;
  3. 3. The shipment is seized by any authority;
  4. 4. The shipment does not include a complete and accurate address, postcode, and phone number;
  5. 5. The delivery guarantee does not apply as outlined in country-specific information;
  6. 6. Trend and Bend is not liable for loss, damage, or delays when shipments are sent to a location with suspended service;
  7. 7. Any loss, damage, or delays resulting from customer actions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—like bad weather, traffic issues, mechanical failures, road blockages, or labor disputes—are not the responsibility of Trend and Bend.

Refunds

We’ll process your refund within 28 days of receiving your returned items. To keep everything secure, we’ll issue refunds using the same payment method you used for the purchase. So, if you paid by credit or debit card, that’s where your refund will go. Checks will only be issued if you used Postal Orders.

If Your Return Doesn’t Appear in Your Account

If you haven’t seen the refund in your account after 30 days, please give our customer service a call at 01582 415454. Have your order number, item number, and order date handy for a smoother process.

Remember, refunds will only be made through the original payment method.

Unacceptable Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept exchanges or refunds on cosmetics, hair accessories, or pierced jewelry.

If you return an item outside of our policy and your legal rights don’t apply, we may not be able to issue a refund. In such cases, the item could be sent back to you at your expense, and we’ll let you know about any charges. If you choose to return it again or refuse delivery, we’ll consider this a request to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Please keep in mind: disposing of the item doesn’t mean we haven’t fulfilled our obligations to you; it’s not unlawful action against the goods.

Missing Items / Damaged Goods

If any product from Trend and Bend breaks down early due to a fault, we’ll provide a suitable solution like a refund, replacement, or repair. Just contact our Customer Services Department at 01582 611668. We can’t make any decisions about the item until it arrives at our returns department. Please let us know about any missing items or damage within 3 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds cannot be issued for items that were damaged by the customer due to misuse or carelessness.
